During rainy season, docking at port will always be a problem. At times, the vessel will be forced to stay far from the the dock itself and wait for the waves to calm down. But in some cases, they take the trip back to Batangas City Port when they find it really impossible to bring the vessel to unload at the Port.
Assuming the tides sided with the vessel and allowed it to anchor at the dock area, chances are, vehicles will have to play cat-and-mouse against the waves. The latter would basically have the vessel in unstable position. This then gives the shipping line personnel a hard time in determining when and how they will allow the vehicles to embark off the vessel.
This video shows how things are with such scenario.
