The MDRRMC of Abra de Ilog headed by it’s Chairman Eric A. Constantino facilitates the PRC awarding of household materials and bag of hygiene kit to head of families affected by December 2019 Typhoon Tisoy.
According to Mayor Eric, although we have affected families hit by the Typhoon Tisoy, we are still lucky compared to the towns affected by Taal Volcano in Batangas. He appealed to the recipients of Philippine Red Cross to be thankful and treasure what they recieved during the afternoon ceremony.
He further expressed his gratitude to the country’s premier humanitarian organization and its leaders headed by Chairman Senator Richard Dick Gordon. He understood all the challenges and cost before an organization can extend something like this quality to the needy.
Before the end of the activity, SB Arlene Montenegro gave some spiritual advice to everyone.
